What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
New furnished studio. Super-comfortable studio on the first floor of the new Canal Wharf residential development.
Located along the Brussels canal, opposite Tour&Taxis and the new Beco park, the studio is ideally accessible to the city center: by bike (10 minutes) or by public transport (Yser metro and streetcar 51), and the Gare du Nord is an 8-minute walk away (650 m).
The building is brand-new, and benefits from the latest technology in heating, hot water, "double-flux" ventilation and insulation, enabling low energy consumption levels. Fiber optics have also been installed. The expected EPB will be EPB A.
The building includes a bicycle room.
The studio is very bright and enjoys a direct view, through two large French windows, of a magnificent, undulating interior garden. Fully furnished, the studio opens onto a wide corridor with a laundry room, a marble-tiled bathroom and a checkroom. The central room has a well-defined sleeping area.
