About five minutes' walk from the Schuman and Maelbeek metro stations, fifty metres from a bus stop. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walking distance. Near EU institutions.
In good condition, kitchen with hot plates, oven, microwave, and fridge (with freezer compartment). Bathroom with bath tub and tile floors. Nice furniture, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the building.
