Located on Avenue Edouard Lacomblé in the area of Etterbeek, this charming studio apartment to rent is well connected to the city centre, with easy access to several public transportation services. The apartment is located in a building with only studios and features a large living space, complete with a large sofa-bed, a desk, storage units and a kitchen with a fantastic bar area. Along with having a laundry area in the building, the 35 m² studio also has fantastic third floor views to guarantee a peaceful and stress-free stay. You can reach the city centre in just 20 minutes and the picturesque Jubelpark is a 20 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment building has a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
- With easy access to a bus, tramway and metro station, you will be well connected to the rest of the city.
- We love the stylish living area, featuring a large wardrobe, a comfortable sofa-bed and a kitchen with a fantastic bar.
- You can easily reach the city centre in just 20 minutes!

- The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a cupboard for your toiletries.
