Spacious, bright and cozy apartment in the historic center of the city just 200m from the Mercado de Abastos and Plaza de las Flores, 500m from the Gran Teatro Falla, Caleta Beach and main faculties of the University of Cádiz, and 100m from the popular neighborhood of La Viña. Great variety of traditional stores in the area.
The apartment has been completely renovated with brand new furniture. It includes ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and, in the livingr room, an air conditioning unit (cold/heat) as well as a balcony. Very quiet area and renovated building.
