Located on the second floor, bright and very spacious, with a surface area of 160 sqm. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen of over 30 sqm, 2 bathrooms, and 7 single rooms. The apartment has been excellently renovated to meet all the needs of our students. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, it is positioned just 1 minute from the supermarket, pharmacy, and bus stops, 2 minutes from the S. Trinità hospital, and very close to the University of Cagliari, easily reachable on foot. A professional cleaning service for common areas is also provided monthly. The monthly price is for a 12-month contract.
The region's area is centrally located, and the environment is particularly peaceful, pleasant, and highly appreciated by students. The area is well-served, close to all major services, such as supermarkets, bus stops, and pharmacies. Just a few steps from the university campus for letters, psychology, engineering, economics, and political science.
