Casa indipendente (ingresso unico in un contesto di centro storico popolare dentro un cortile del centro storico catanese accanto al monastero dei Benedettini (facoltà lettere e filosofia). Completamente ristrutturata ed arredata con un ingresso due camere da letto cucina e bagno. Entrambe le camere dotate di climatizzatore, la prima molto ampia con letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio, desk da lavoro ed un divano letto matrimoniale e l'altra più piccola con letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo. Una cucina totalmente attrezzata con tavolo e sedia, smart TV ed un bagno completo con comoda doccia. La zona è quella turistica ma anche molto frequentata da studenti universitari quindi molto vivace anche la sera con bar e ristoranti.
