The apartment of 42 sqm is located on the third floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access it).

The space is organized as follows:

• OPEN KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, moka, kettle, microwave oven, cooking utensils, wine glasses and dining table;

• BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;

• BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc;

• BALCONY with table and chairs.
