Outside, there is a private terrace furnished with tables and chairs.
The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures to avoid wasting energy.
There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed.
Private parking spaces are available at an extra cost of twenty euros per night. Measures can be provided upon request.
