We are a family of four (Marta and Luca + our two kids) currently living in this beautiful apartment and truly love it, but we’ll be moving out in mid-April, making it available for its next residents.
The Location:
You are just a two-minutes walk from the Villa Olmo park and the famous lakeside promenade. It’s the ideal place for morning jogs, sunset walks by the water, or simply enjoying the most iconic views of Como.
The Apartment: Situated on the third floor (please note: this is a traditional walk-up, no elevator), the apartment offers a cozy and authentic atmosphere.
Furnishing & Personal Touches:
The home will be delivered fully furnished. Since we are currently living here, we will be taking our personal belongings with us. This means that while all the main furniture stays, decorative items like paintings and books may vary from the current photos. Rest assured, the apartment will maintain its charm and character.
Contracts & Legal Peace of Mind:
We work closely with our guests to set up a proper transitorio (temporary tenancy) contract, regularly filed with the Italian authorities. Everything is handled transparently and in full compliance with Italian rental regulations — so you can settle in with confidence
