This modern apartment has beautiful wooden floors and large double glass windows and central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area and a lounge area with TV. There is 1 shared bathroom with a laundry machine and dryer and room 4 has a private ensuite bathroom.
From the living room you have access to the shared balcony and the building has a green backyard with tables and benches. Right down at the water there is an event room which can be booked for social events exclusively by tenants.
