This apartment is centrally located and boasts a total of six rooms (two couples rooms and four single rooms), a large kitchen big enough to include a dining space and a massive stove, two full bathrooms featuring either a shower or soaking tub, a laundry room, an elegant dining space with floor to ceiling shelves and a living room that’s optimal for hosting events.

Upon booking acceptance, a payment equivalent month's rent is required. The initial payment made to Spotahome will be used to cover your final month's rent. Berlin properties don´t qualify for early move-outs before your end date.
