This modern apartment has beautiful wooden floors and large double glass windows and central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area and a lounge area with TV.  There is 1 shared bathroom with a laundry machine and dryer.  Room 4 has a private ensuite bathroom. From the kitchen / livingroom you have access to 2 balconies, 1 large and 1 medium sized, both with supreme views.  

The building has a green backyard with tables and benches.  50 meters from the backyard, at the water front, there is an event room which can be booked for social events exclusively by the tenants in the building complex.
