Room in a shared 4-bedroom apartment for rent in Sluseholmen

Good news!

In your month of arrival, you will only be charged for the days you actually stay. But please keep in mind: Contracts can only end on the last day end of a month, kindly request accordingly.

Documents required (please attach when starting a request):

• ID / passport
• Enrollment certificate (if you are a student)
• Working contract (if you are a professional)
• Landlord recommendation letter (Important: you need to have experience of sharing living space)

• Check-in time upon request
• Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
• No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
• For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
• Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
• Minimum age: 19 years -

Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.
