What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

We are renting out a spacious room in our flat — perfect if you’re looking for comfort and plenty of personal space! The room itself is large (thirty square meters) and recently renovated, almost like having your own private studio. It comes fully furnished with everything you need: a sitting area, small dining table, desk, double bed, wardrobe, and more (note: some are not shown in the picture). You’ll only be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us. The flat is shared with two others: myself (a postdoc researcher) and Valentina, a piano teacher. We’re both easygoing, respectful, and not noisy — so you can look forward to a quiet, relaxed environment. We also make sure the common areas stay tidy, as we clean the apartment once or twice a week. This way, you can enjoy your own private space while knowing the kitchen and bathroom are always pleasant to use. If you’re looking for a bright, spacious, and peaceful place to stay, this could be the perfect fit!
