A cinco minutos de la Rivera del Guadalquivir y de la Mezquita, así como del centro comercial de la ciudad, la Plaza de las Tendillas. A su alrededor dispone de las mejores tabernas históricas de la ciudad, de restaurantes tan conocidos como la Ermita de la Candelaria y de Bodegas Campos.
Además dispone de transporte público inmediato que conecta con todos los barrios de la ciudad, sus polígonos industriales y la estación de trén y autobuses.
Destaca su tranquilidad y silencio dentro de la vivienda, al disponerse alrededor del patio central del edificio y tener un patrio privativo que da la dormitorio principal para poder compartir un refresco o tomar el aire y cuidar sus plantas.
