Think of all the money you will save on gym memberships! It has one shared bathroom, one ensuite bathroom, a modern kitchen and a sunny living area. It is located on Carrer d'Alfauir, a busy road where you will find a great variety of shops, including a supermarket right by the apartment. The neighborhood of Rascanyais is situated north of the centre of Valencia, and you can access downtown in about 15 minutes using public transport. To top it all off, the apartment is within walking distance to Estadi Ciutat de València, a stadium with a capacity of 26,000, where you can watch the local Levante Unión Deportiva play against some of the biggest teams in Spain.
