Das Appartment befindet sich im Rückwärtigen Bereich und ist äusserst ruhug gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse. Jedoch sind alle Bahnhaltestellen , Geschäfte Cafes und Restaurant zu Fuß in weniger als fünf bis acht stops Min erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist in drei Stops mit der Bahn erreichbar, die Altstadt in fünf Stops und der Wald und Trimmpfad benefalls in fünf Stops. Dieser lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein oder auch schöne Radtouren. Die Hochschule ist genauso wie die Uni von hier aus erreichbar.
