The apartment impresses with an open cut and high-quality design mix with furniture from the Fivties and modern pieces. The apartment is divided into a hallway from which you reach the bedroom, bathroom, and the spacious living room with a wide balcony door, open kitchen & kitchen island, dining area, home office space, and cozy sofa corner. The entire apartment (except for the bathroom) has oak plank flooring throughout. The quiet southeast balcony with acacia wood flooring offers a wide view of greenback gardens and courtyards.

Furnished 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Kruppstraße. The flat is divided into a hallway from which you reach the bedroom, bathroom and the spacious living room with over 4m-wide sliding balcony door, open-plan kitchen & kitchen island, dining area, home office space and cosy sofa corner.

The entire flat (except for the bathroom) has oak flooring throughout. The bathroom is fitted with Italian designer tiles. The south-east-facing balcony (the floor of which will be covered with acacia wood flooring) offers a wide view of green back gardens and inner courtyards. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a wardrobe in the hallway, a sound system, cellar, parking, caretaker service and weekly cleaning of the hallway.
