Our excellently designed flat on the 1st floor is located in a well-kept house with 6 flats in the beautiful district of Düsseldorf-Unterbach. It is fully equipped and suitable for up to 3 people. The flat is designed for a long-term stay.

On the ground floor of the house there are two garages, one to the left of the entrance door and one to the right. The parking space in front of the LEFT garage is available to the tenants.
