Zur Vermietung steht eine frisch und hochwertig sanierte Wohnung in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung wurde von Grund auf komplett erneuert – unter anderem wurden Fenster und Elektrik modernisiert – und bietet dadurch ein modernes, gepflegtes Wohnambiente. Sie befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und überzeugt mit einem schönen Blick in den Garten. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Balkon mit Südwest-Ausrichtung, der für viel Licht und angenehme Sonnenstunden am Nachmittag und Abend sorgt.
Das Badezimmer ist komplett neu und modern ausgestattet, mit einer bodenebenen Dusche. Die Wohnung wird neu möbliert vermietet und ist sofort bezugsfertig, inklusive Schlafsofa.
Die Lage ist besonders attraktiv: Das Uniklinikum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermietung erfolgt als Pauschalmiete, in der alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten sind.
