This outstanding properties feature a kitchenette with ceramic hob, cooker hood, fridge and sink, a modern bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. The room is brightened by its large window façade with a beautiful French balcony, you'll have a comfortable bed, a neat designer's desk with its complementary office chair, and a spacious wardrobe with ample space for storage. The location is as convenient as it gets! A stone-throw away you'll find everything you need; the university: 350 m (3 minutes by foot), the Auditorium centre (250 m), access to public transport connecting you to the rest of the city (bus 70 m, underground 300 m) , and the Limbecker Platz shopping centre with 200 shops and supermarket (300 m). The IKEA and the Essen pedestrian Zone are also comfortably within walking distance.
