The location is as convenient as it gets! A stone-throw away you'll find everything you need; the university: 350 m (3 minutes by foot), the Auditorium centre (250 m), access to public transport connecting you to the rest of the city (bus 70 m, underground 300 m) , and the Limbecker Platz shopping centre with 200 shops and supermarket (300 m).
