PHO. ROOM 3. 0: Eco-friendly, Study-friendly! 23 rooms, divided into units of 3, 7 and 13, all equipped with photovoltaic system and air conditioning for eco-friendly comfort. This cozy and exclusive room is perfect for a student looking for the right balance between functionality and comfort.
Furnished with furniture chosen by us, it offers a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress for optimal rest, a bedside table with two drawers, and a three-door wardrobe with internal chest of drawers for all your clothing. The spacious desk and the Babila Pedrali chair guarantee maximum comfort during study hours.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Following steps -You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt -In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment -The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract -The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
