The room will be completed and will be available in September 2023, with the possibility of visiting the site from July. The renderings are indicative of how it will be furnished. Are you looking for a solution close to all the faculties and which combines style and practicality? Well, you've found what you're looking for. Rest in the large queen-size bed with orthopedic mattress; study at the large desk with BABILA Pedrali chair, which will never tire your back. Large wardrobe? No problem. There is a large three door wardrobe with internal three drawer chest of drawers to store all your clothes. At night you can keep everything close at hand with a practical bedside table with two drawers, while to store your objects we have added two shelves.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Following steps -You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt -In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment -The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract -The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
