Welcome to Florence, in the heart of the historic center, where beauty and history blend harmoniously. We present you an enchanting apartment located in Piazza dei Rossi, in the lively Santo Spirito district, a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.

Go up to the fourth floor of a historic building, with the charm of the past mixed with modern comfort (the building is equipped with an elevator which, however, only goes up to the second floor).

Once inside, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious dishes to enjoy together with friends or family. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is room for everyone, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The balcony will give you a pleasant outdoor space and will allow you to breathe the vibrant air of Florence. With two double beds and two single beds, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

This apartment is located in the Oltrarno a few steps from a variety of attractions such as Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and the Basilica of Santo Spirito. Starting from the apartment we suggest you take a nice walk along the Costa San Giorgio until you reach the Forte di Belvedere where you can enjoy one of the best views of the city.

How to get to the apartment

From Florence Central Station, you can take a bus such as the C3. Alternatively, near the station you can take a taxi. From the Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes about thirty minutes by car to reach the apartment.

A CONAD supermarket is located in Via de' Bardi 47r about 100 meters away from the apartment. There are several restaurants, bars and pizzerias in both Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
