Si possono raggiungere varie scuole di lingue e l'Università. Zona servitissima con negozi di ogni genere. Entrando si accede ad un ampio soggiorno attiguo alla zona cucina con tavolo e divano. Composto da due camere ciascuna per due persone con attiguo il rispettivo bagno. Ideale per quattro persone. E' presente l'aria condizionata inverter con pompa di calore calda e fredda. Appartamento particolarmente silenzioso.
