Casa del Pellegrino si trova nel quartiere Cure - Piazza Libertà , la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino al Giardino dell orticultura dove si può stare in relax nei prati alberati , c è una biblioteca e in estate open bar con spettacoli musicali. il collegamento con il centro storico è perfetto bus o a piedi pochi minuti. Comodo per la spesa il supermercato e tutte le mattine il mercato all'aperto in piazza delle cure. l'appartamento è di fine ottocento con pavimenti in parte originali e soffitti affrescati. gli affacci sono sulla via principale e sui giardini interni . vicinanza ai poli universitari EUI di Fiesole.

This recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment is for rent, located on Via del Pellegrino in Bolognese. The shared spaces in the 70 m² apartment include a living area, a large, modern kitchen and a bathroom with contemporary fittings. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, and in the living room you have a sofa-bed, so there's plenty of room for visiting guests.

The apartment is in a well connected area, close to the Le Cure train station and the Giardino dell'Orticultura community gardens where you can find live music in the evenings, as well as a small library. There are plenty of useful amenities within a few minutes walk, including 2 supermarkets, a post office, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, and a tobacconist. Just a couple of minute's walk away is Piazza Della Liberta – just cross to the other side of the piazza and you're in Florence's beautiful historic centre.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily get around Florence.
  • This apartment has a table and chairs in the kitchen, so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal.
  • The bathroom is well-lit with a sink, toilet and tiled shower.
  • If you're studying, the NYU Florence University is within a 15-minute walk.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
