Appartamento bilocale di 45 mq in zona SS. Annunziata, a 10 minuti dal Duomo e a 20 dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella o da quella di Campo di Marte. Primo piano con ascensore, riscaldamento centralizzato. Veramente vicinissimo a tutti i servizi (supermercati, fermate ataf, fermate taxi, ecc.)
Non è possibile mettere residenza. Non sono accettati animali domestici.
