Our 3-room top-floor apartment is located in Florence’s Statuto district. The city centre can be easily reached on foot or by tram, with a stop just 300 metres away. The neighbourhood offers beautiful parks with views of the Duomo, supermarkets, and a wide variety of Italian restaurants and cafés.
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with access to a balcony, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all essential kitchenware. It also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.
The apartment is ideal for professionals working remotely (workation), couples, or families. This is a real home rather than a holiday rental. It offers ample space, comfort, and an authentic Florentine atmosphere for those who wish to experience everyday life in the city.
Please note that a friendly cat normally lives in the apartment. Therefore, despite thorough cleaning, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with cat allergies.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please be advised that this property is professionally managed. Rent payments are to be issued directly to the landlord; however, all secondary charges—including utilities and the security deposit—must be paid to the company.
