This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen is for rent on Via Laura in San Annuziata. It's a bright apartment that gets plenty of sunlight from the large windows. You'll love the modern furniture. The living room is spacious and has a TV, sofa, and dining area. It's perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, you'll find the mezzanine where there are two single beds. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, fridge, and microwave, along with your other basic appliances. The bedroom has a double bed and is well suited for couples. The full bathroom also includes a washing machine. The private garden is absolutely lovely and perfect for enjoying a book or having a dinner party.
San Annuziata is central and just a 15-minute walk outside of the city center. Full of culture and history, there's always something to do here. Make sure to check out the Da Vinci Museum and the Giardino della Gheradesca, both located nearby. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance, too. And the Firenze Campo di Marte Train Station is a quick walk from the flat.
