Beautiful 90 sm apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of entrance, sitting room with terrace overlooking the Arno river, dining room, fully equipped kitchen . Two quite large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

Tv, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-fi, AC.
