Very attractive 50 sm apartment located on the 1st floor of the Depandance facing the garden of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of entrance, dining/sitting area with fully equipped kitchen corner. One quite large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Furnished outdoor garden shared with few other apartments.
