Charming 65 sm apartment located on the 4th and last floor with elevator of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of entrance, dining area with fully equipped kitchen corner. Two double bedrooms , each one with ensuite bathroom with shower. Furnished outdoor terrace in common with another apartment.
Amenities: Tv, oven, microwave, washing machine, Wi-fi, AC.
