Two bedroom apartment for rent in Florence a stone's throw from the central station of Santa Maria Novella. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building in Via dei Canacci, a quiet street with little traffic. The house enjoys a good division of spaces with a clear distinction between the living area and the sleeping area. The living area is divided between the living room with sofa bed and TV, and a lovely well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area we find two double bedrooms; one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. The property includes a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. This is a spacious apartment ideal for both a family and a group of friends visiting the city. The house is rented both for short periods (tourist rentals) and for longer stays. Guests will have access to Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, washing machine and the necessary appliances for cooking.

The apartment is located in Via dei Canacci 17 in Florence, a few steps from the beautiful Santa Maria Novella square, where there are one of the most beautiful churches in the city and the Museo del Novecento. The neighborhood is very lively and full of restaurants and clubs of all kinds and for all tastes: in fact, there is no shortage of typical Tuscan restaurants or ethnic ones representing cuisines from all over the world.
