Florence city, about 10 minutes walk from the historic center, apartment in excellent condition, recently renovated, located on the ground floor. The apartment, very well finished, comprises an entrance hall with a large room furnished with a table and a double sofa bed, a separate eat-in kitchen with gas hob, large fridge with freezer and all crockery. Bright double bedroom, renovated bathroom with shower, equipped with amenities and hair dryer. The apartment is equipped with smart TV, air conditioning, wi-fi, soft and sanitized linen. It is very quiet and well looked after. Possibility of infra-weekly cleaning service. Excellent location for those arriving in Florence by car and want to park outside the pedestrian area. The area is very well served by public transport and is close to parks and supermarkets.
