What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Trilocale silenzioso piano ultimo con ascensore a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e del supermercato Coop. Davanti casa le linee autobus per il Polo Biomedico e Tecnologico e per la fermata Dalmazia della tramvia, comunque raggiungibili a piedi in una decina minuti, cosi come il policlinico di Careggi. Centro storico e Stazione Centrale egualmente ben collegati. Appartamento accessoriato, due camere doppie con bagni esclusivi. Il tinello dispone di cucina completa, tavolo per cinque, divano, Smart TV + satellite + WiFi/Internet fibra. Cantina e posto macchina nel cortile privato.

Spotahome's opinion

Very quiet and bright 2-bedroom apartment located on the top floor (with elevator) of small building. Coop and station are a few minutes walk away, and the bus stop is right in front of the house. If you do not want to take the bus, the Biomedical Pole and the Social Sciences Pole are still within easy walking distance. The apartment, furnished and equipped, has two double rooms each with their own bathrooms. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a table for five, a sofa and Smart TV+satellite, fiber optic/wifi. Bicycle cellar and parking space are in the fenced yard, access with automatic gate.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
