Il letto grande, pensato per un uso singolo, è il cuore della stanza e offre un posto perfetto per riposare e studiare, è situata in un appartamento moderno e ben tenuto di 90 mq, con spese di utenze (elettricità, acqua, condominiali, aria condizionata, internet) fisse. Non dovrai preoccuparti di nulla!
La zona è incredibilmente comoda, con mezzi pubblici vicinissimi che ti porteranno ovunque tu voglia andare. I supermercati sono praticamente sotto casa, quindi non dovrai mai preoccuparti di fare la spesa. Inoltre, ci sono ristoranti e palestre nelle vicinanze, per soddisfare tutte le tue esigenze.
Siamo anche vicini all'università, quindi potrai andare a lezione a piedi o con un breve tragitto in autobus.E se hai bisogno di una pausa dagli studi/lavoro, ci sono parchi bellissimi nelle vicinanze dove poter fare una passeggiata o rilassarti.
