In Campo di Marte near the Soccer Stadium area we rent a bright room with double bed, furnished with closet, chest of drawers and desk. The house was completely painted in March. The house, on the basement floor, consists of two bedrooms, small living room/study with sofa bed, large kitchen and private garden. The house is equipped with a washing machine and wi-fi connection. The kitchen is new and was purchased in May with induction cooktops. The fridge is not in the pictures because it will be installed by the end of May. The house will be shared with another person. Available for short and medium periods (to be agreed together). Numerous supermarkets (Conad, Carrefour, and Esselunga) are within easy walking distance, the bus stop is very close, and the train station is a fifteen minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with many small stores, bars, and gardens nearby, a picturesque neighborhood that portrays city life in Florence. The garden has some flowers and herbs, a large tree and a table and chairs for outdoor eating or studying.
