RULES OF THE HOUSE:

1. In the house it is forbidden to smoke (smoking is allowed in the balcony only and you have to use the ashtray).
2. Maintenance: the ordinary maintenance, also the annual review of the boiler, is to be borne by the sub-lessor.
3. Any damages: if caused by the tenants, are fully borne by the same:
   • Of the specific/Of the/the tenant/s where the responsibility of the individual/s is recognized.
   • Of all occupants the rooms where there is no specific responsibility.

At the end of the rental contract, then at the time of return of the room, any damage caused to the rented unit, to the common parts (if of own responsibility and not still healed) or to the contained furnishing (you see verbal immovable delivery), they will be estimated punctually and welded to the Sublocator to the action of returning the room. It is forbidden to alter, remove or damage the configuration of the router and any other equipment that allows internet browsing.
