APPARTAMENTO Situato al sesto piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. 170 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina e ampia zona giorno, 2 Bagni e 7 stanze singole, di cui 6 con balcone + ampia terrazza comune. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.
La zona è residenziale e il contesto è particolarmente tranquillo e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, farmacia, Tramvia. A pochi passi dal polo universitario omonimo (Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche, Economia..) e a quello di Agraria, e al Parco delle Cascine.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.
