Rooms for rent in a very attractive 100 sm apartment located on the ground floor of the Depandance facing the garden of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella.
It consists of entrance, dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner, bathroom and three bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom located on the mezzanine level over the dining room, the second is a large twin bedroom with ensuite private bathroom and the third one is a double with sitting area.
