This cosy studio apartment on Via Martiri del Popolo, in Sant'Ambrogio, is fully furnished and nicely presented. The property is equipped with air conditioning, and offers a small but well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is nicely renovated, and other amenities include a double bed, sofa bed, dining table and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area, within walking distance of several departments of the University of Florence. There is also a fresh food produce nearby, and you will find a good range of restaurants to explore.
