Single room with a double bed in a fully renovated flat rented exclusively to Erasmus and international students. The university campus is a ten-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily reachable by crossing the road. A bus stop is right in front of the building, and the “Parco Urbano” park is just behind it. The flat includes a private car park and a bicycle garage. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, fridge, cutlery and pans, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please note that the flat has been recently refurbished, so some furniture or wall colours may differ.
Monthly bills of one hundred forty euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September–January (five months) and February–July (six months). August is optional for those wishing to stay longer. There is also a one-off fee of two hundred euros for the contract.
