L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI illimitata, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata. Viale Spazzoli è una zona centrale ed il contesto è particolarmente residenziale e piacevole, la zona é molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi come supermercati, negozi e farmacie. La fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa.
