This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment.

This interior three bedroom apartment offers one interior single room and two exterior double rooms, one of them featuring its own private balcony. It has a total floor area of 60 m², and the whole apartment has been recently renovated, resulting in a fresh and tidy living space. It is located on Carrer de Ferlandina, in the neighborhood of El Raval, surrounded by interesting things to do. The Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona is two minutes away, and the must-see market of La Boqueria and the stunning gothic building hosting the Library of Catalunya are both within a five-minute walk. A ten-minute walk will take you to the lively market of Sant Antoni and also to the University of Barcelona.

- The open plan kitchen and living area is very modern and stylish. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and some stools.
- There is an electric stove and a microwave which also can be used as an oven, providing you with a couple of alternatives to cook your meals or prepare a snack.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom with a large shower, and also a separate toilet.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment, and wi-fi is already set up and ready to use.

- You will stay fit going up the stairs to reach the apartment every day, as it is located on the fifth floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.
- There is no TV in the apartment, but you will find plenty of attractions within walking distance of the flat. For example, a ten-minute walk will take you to the Filmoteca of Catalunya, where you can watch classic and contemporary movies.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it is fully equipped with a microwave and electric stove.
- Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
