- This is a provisional amount which will be adjusted at the end of the contract. If consumption exceeds monthly payment, then the missing amount will be taken from the deposit and if the consumption is below the monthly payment, the remainder will be returned to the tenant
PLUS BOOKINGS
- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Si la propriété est significativement différent de ce que notre liste a promis, laissez-nous savoir dans les 24h puisque vous emménagez afin que nous puissions travailler pour le résoudre.
