This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has an A/C unit for heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside the apartment. The price of rent doesn't include electricity, water, nor wi-fi. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated. Tenants have the option to activate the Wi-Fi through the landlord or through a company of their choice.
