- Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card
- Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
- Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in/out times: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
- Out of hours check-in and bank holidays: €10
- Bookings:
- Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.
- Admin fee includes:
- Useful information about important documents such as NIE, transportation card, domiciliation, etc.
- Phone number to call for emergency and assistance (10:00 - 19:00)
- Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.
- Common areas Cleaning and maintenance service
- Tips and information about the city
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
Important note: Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee.

Choisissez votre date d'emménagement, et récupérez vos clefs directement auprès du propriétaire. Pour plus de sécurité, nous transférons la première semaine de loyer au propriétaire 48 heures après votre entrée dans la propriété, sauf si vous nous informez d'un problème.
Rappelez-vous: vous avez 24h pour vérifier votre nouvelle maison
Si la propriété est significativement différent de ce que notre liste a promis, laissez-nous savoir dans les 24h puisque vous emménagez afin que nous puissions travailler pour le résoudre.
