The apartment comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, stocked with a coffee maker and a modern refrigerator, a spacious living room that is ideal for entertaining guests and two bathrooms for the apartment, both complemented with showers. This 160 m² property is blessed with a beautiful balcony that overlooks the bustling streets below. You will be living in the Nueva España and Castilla neighbourhood of Madrid, within easy reach of Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station, you can plan trips to other parts of Spain from here, or simply explore different parts of Madrid. Those who enjoy relaxing in a cultural space can visit the nearby Centro de Expocisiones Arte Canal, while sports fans are 3 stops from the world famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.
