The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the city. For drivers, you will find multiple parking spaces in the neighborhood.
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

Room description
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Some rooms also have a private or shared balcony or terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine.

Regardless of the date entered in your initial booking, you must formally notify the landlord of your check-out date to avoid being charged for extra months. Notice Required: 2 months (3 months for properties in Italy or Germany).
Penalty: If the notice is not provided before the deadline, you will be required to pay the rent for the remaining months until the contract expiration.
