It is a nice 23 m², modern and freshly renovated apartment, very bright, composed of a spacious main room, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom, with modular features to suit different living needs.

The bed accommodates two people and features a firm mattress. All household linens (bed linen and towels) are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned and ready upon arrival.

All shops are within 50 meters: a supermarket, bakeries, and restaurants are even located at the bottom of the building.

It is located in the vibrant center of Frankfurt-Niederrad, at the intersection of tram and bus lines leading everywhere:

• Main train station: 20 minutes by tram
• Airport Terminal 1: 25 minutes by bus or S-Bahn
• Frankfurt Hauptwache/Börse: 22 minutes by tram and subway
• Stadium / DFB training center: 10–15 minutes walking distance

There are two parks within 200 meters, and Frankfurt’s forest is a 10-minute walk away. Parking is generally available, and you can store a bike in the building’s courtyard.

The building has an elevator and a friendly, helpful housekeeper. Washing machines are available in the basement. A cellar compartment is available for storage.

All fees are included in the monthly rent, including Wi-Fi (100 Mb connection). A smart TV/monitor is provided, along with an adjustable desk for comfortable working from home.

A one-time cleaning fee of €150 applies.

NB. After the booking is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Spotahome's local partner managing the property. They will request payment of the security deposit and the first month's utilities (if these are not included in the rent paid on Spotahome). You will also receive instructions on how to proceed with signing the contract.
